We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please review the following policy regarding returns and refunds.

Return Eligibility

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a full refund or exchange. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance

  • Products that are intimate, sanitary, or hazardous in nature

How to Initiate a Return

Partial Refunds

We may issue a partial refund if an item is returned in a used, damaged, or incomplete state (not due to our error), or if it is returned after the 30-day window.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within a specified number of business days.

Sale Items & Exchanges

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds; sale items are final. Exchanges are only offered for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Shipping for Returns

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. These costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund if applicable. For valuable items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service. We cannot guarantee receipt of un-tracked returns.

Gift Returns

If the item was purchased as a gift, a gift credit will be issued to the recipient upon return. Otherwise, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
